At En Route Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
